Eucommia Bark

Eucommia ulmoides

Eucommia Bark is a deciduous tree with a height of 20 m (65 ft). It features elliptical leaves, solitary female flowers in the leaf axis, and male flowers in loose clusters.

The herb is referenced in the first-century CE Chinese herbal, Divine Husbandman's Classic (Shen'nong Bencaojing).

In China, eucommia bark grows in temperate regions. Consequently, it is produced, albeit in minimal quantities.

Uses

Back and knee pain may be helpful because it is anti-inflammatory.

High Blood Pressure may help alleviate hypertension.

Diabetes Stimulates metabolic function which may have an effect on diabetes.

Liver and Kidney because it improves circulation, it may be helpful in reducing the level of free radicals.

Energy and Fatigue Eucommia bark is sometimes helpful for these issues.
